Team Leader – Blessed Bowls Mosman
Are you reliable, proactive, and confident working independently? Blessed Bowls Mosman is looking for a motivated Supervisor / Team Leader to join our friendly team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, providing great customer service, and helping keep the store running smoothly. You'll be trusted to open and close the store, work independently when required, and support other team members during busy periods.

About the Role
As a Team Leader, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the store. You'll be responsible for ensuring shifts run smoothly while maintaining our high standards of food quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving our signature bowls, smoothies, and beverages.
- Providing outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.
- Opening and closing the store independently.
- Supporting and guiding team members during shifts.
- Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assisting with stock management and restocking.
- Ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Taking initiative and helping wherever needed.

Availability: Must be available Saturdays and can do open/close shifts during the week
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
