Help drive informed decision making across Stockland by delivering insightful forecasting, analysis and reporting that supports our strategic planning and portfolio objectives. Based in Sydney, you'll play a key role in helping the business understand performance, identify opportunities and enhance planning processes across the Group.
A commercially minded finance professional who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights and partnering with stakeholders to support business performance and continuous improvement.
As part of the Group FP&A team, you'll support the Group forecasting and planning process by coordinating business unit forecasts, analysing financial performance and contributing to management reporting.
Working closely with stakeholders across Finance and the broader business, you'll help improve forecasting processes, optimise finance systems and deliver insights that support strategic decision making. This fixed term role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how Stockland plans, measures and delivers business performance.
You're passionate about financial analysis and planning, and you thrive in collaborative environments where your insights help shape business outcomes. You're looking for a role that combines commercial thinking, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement within a high performing team.
Experience & Skills That Count
- CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in planning, budgeting and forecasting within a complex organisation
- Strong financial and commercial analysis skills with the ability to interpret and interrogate data
- Experience using SAP BPC or similar budgeting and forecasting systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building capability
