We’re looking for an energetic and outgoing Marketing Coordinator to help manage creator collaborations, product campaigns, and content projects from start to finish.
This role is perfect for someone who loves communication, enjoys working with people, and can keep projects moving smoothly across creators, marketing, warehouse, and operations teams. You’ll be coordinating everything behind the scenes — from sending samples to organising filming, following up feedback, and making sure campaigns are completed properly and on time.
You must be highly organised, proactive, confident communicating with creators, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate UGC creators, influencers, and content collaborators
- Organise and send product samples to creators
- Communicate filming requirements, hooks, and campaign expectations clearly
- Follow up with creators to ensure filming deadlines are met
- Coordinate product shoots, collab filming days, and content production
- Collect creator feedback, customer insights, and campaign learnings
- Track projects from beginning to completion
- Work closely with warehouse, customer experience, and marketing teams
- Ensure content deliverables are organized and submitted correctly
- Help brainstorm campaign ideas, social content, and creator partnerships
- Assist with social media coordination and campaign execution
- Maintain creator databases, project timelines, and campaign reports

- Experience working with influencers, creators, UGC, or social media is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving ability and initiative
- Able to work in a fast-paced eCommerce environment
- Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and modern content trends
- Experience using tools like Google Sheets, Canva, Trello, ClickUp, or similar platforms is a bonus

Pay: $57,127.70 – $94,585.14 per year
