About the Role
We're seeking an experienced
Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a high-profile Federal Government technology program in Canberra. This is an excellent opportunity to work across secure enterprise environments, supporting the design, implementation and ongoing management of critical infrastructure.
You'll play a key role in maintaining secure, high-performing infrastructure while contributing to large-scale technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
- Support infrastructure deployment, integration and operational readiness.
- Administer Linux and/or Windows Server environments.
- Create and maintain system build documentation and configuration baselines.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements.
- Support system installation, upgrades and decommissioning activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver secure and reliable infrastructure solutions.
Key Requirements
- Current NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory).
- Strong Infrastructure Engineering or System Administration experience.
- Experience across Linux and/or Windows Server environments.
- Knowledge of networking, storage and virtualisation technologies.
- Experience supporting secure enterprise environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, automation and documentation skills.
- Australian Citizenship.
