Chef de Partie – Pier 88, Manly
Pier 88 is a vibrant waterfront restaurant in Manly, known for fresh seafood, seasonal produce and a relaxed coastal atmosphere. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a supportive and professional team.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Ability to run a section confidently and maintain high standards
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Passion for quality food and attention to detail
- Experience with seafood and modern Australian cuisine is advantageous
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team
Responsibilities
- Manage your section and ensure consistent quality and presentation
- Prepare and cook dishes to recipe and specification
- Assist with ordering, stock rotation and minimising waste
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Support and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
