About the Role -
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work alongside participants, families, support teams, and allied health professionals to provide evidence-based behavioural supports that improve wellbeing, independence, and quality of life.
Your role may include:
- Conducting behavioural assessments
- Developing behaviour support plans
- Implementing positive behaviour support strategies
- Supporting participants, families, and carers
- Collaborating within a mul disciplinary team
- Providing education and guidance to support networks

We are seeking someone who is:

Qualifications & Requirements -
- Relevant qualifications or currently studying in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Behavioural Science, Criminology, or a related field
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Eligibility to work in Australia Experience Preferred but Not Essential
- Experience within disability, mental health, youth work, allied health, or behavioural support is highly regarded; however, we strongly encourage applicants who are passionate about the field and willing to learn to apply. Ongoing training, supervision, and support will be provided.
