As we continue to expand our business, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Hero Sush Water Gardens Store Manager to join our team.

[Position & Requirements]
- Position: Store Manager (Full-Time)
- Hours: Approx. 38–45 hours per week (Must have flexible availability)
- Key Attributes: Long-term availability, capable of managing store operations and leading a team.
[Salary/Adult]
- Training Period: 4–6 weeks of probation (Subject to change based on individual performance)
- Base Rate: $31
- Actual rate will be determined after the interview (Weekend rates and overtime pay fully applied).
- Weekends: $1.25$x to $1.5$x of the base rate
- Public Holidays: $2.25$x of the base rate
- Overtime: $1.5$x / $2$x applied separately
- Additional Benefits: 12.00% Superannuation + Annual Leave + Sick Leave
[Responsibilities]
- Overseeing daily store operations and management
- Team management and staff training
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of sushi and menu items
- Managing and reporting store sales/revenue
[Requirements]
- Valid TFN (Tax File Number) holder
- Must have a TFN
- Visa holders eligible to work full-time
- Flexible availability
- Good health
- Able to communicate in English
- Positive and energetic mindset
- Kitchen experience is required
