Bakers Delight Balwyn is looking for a bright, friendly and motivated person for customer service work in our busy bakery. If you are happy, positive, reliable and hard working, then we want you!
Your main duties will include;
- Providing exceptional customer service (including up-selling and add-on selling)
- Merchandising the bakery products
- Promoting new products and campaigns
- Cash handling
- Ensuring a high standard of bakery presentation and cleanliness by performing general cleaning duties
- Support fellow team members
To be considered for this role, you are expected to demonstrate:
- Superior customer service skills
- Friendly, happy attitude when dealing with our customers and other staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail when performing merchandising and cleaning tasks.
Opening hours are currently from Monday to Sunday between the hours of 6am and 6pm. We are reasonably flexible with rosters making this an ideal job, but would prefer someone who can start at 6am, from Tuesday until Saturday .Previous retail experience is preferred.
