Part-Time or Full-Time Opportunities Available (Minimum 56 Hours per Fortnight)
Are you a passionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse (EN) looking to make a difference in a friendly, collaborative environment? We are seeking motivated ENs to join our busy accident and emergency department under our 12 -Month development program. As an Emergency Department team member, you will provide rapid, high-acuity care on a daily basis by continuously assessing and prioritising care, administering critical medications, and collaborating with medical teams to stabilize acute injuries and illnesses.
As a member of our clinical team you will be planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Registered Nurses, and Clinical Nurses to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients.
About You
You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (With IV/Medication Administration qualifications) [Essential].

Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in an acute surgical/medical care role.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster

Genuine interest in learning Emergency Medicine skills.

Commitment to teamwork, patient safety, and professional growth.
