We are currently seeking casual Registered Nurses (RN), Enrolled Nurses (EN), Assistants in Nursing (AIN), and Domestic/Laundry/Kitchen staff to join our growing team.
You will work across a variety of residential aged care facilities throughout Perth metro, providing high-quality, person-centred care and support in line with each resident's individual care plan. Shifts are available across all roles, north and south of the river.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for aged care residents (RN/EN)
- Administering medication and monitoring residents' health and wellbeing (RN/EN/AIN with medication competency)
- Providing personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and mobility support (AIN)
- Assisting with meals, hydration, and feeding where required
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment, including laundry and kitchen duties (Domestic staff)
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary care team to deliver consistent, holistic care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes
- Providing genuine companionship and emotional support to residents and their families
Pay: $35.00 – $70.00 per hour
