As a Senior Manager in Advisory and Transactions, you’ll lead teams delivering complex property projects and support evidence-based decision-making across government.

What you will be doing
- Lead strategic advisory and transaction projects across government property assets
- Provide clear, practical advice to executives and stakeholders
- Oversee feasibility, due diligence and strategy development
- Manage complex development and transaction projects
- Build relationships across government and industry
- Lead governance, risk and reporting
- Guide and develop high-performing teams

What is an essential requirement:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in property, planning, economics, law, project management, development or engineering.
