Location: Goulburn / Orange / Parramatta – (3 Positions) Hybrid opportunity. In-office requirement 2-3 days a week as a minimum, which could be subject to change based on applicable DCS workplace policies.

About the team
Government Shared Services (GSS) is a new division in DCS that is leading the way in streamlining processes and transactional shared services to allow our people to better focus on their customers and delivering their services.
We are developing and delivering a roadmap to leverage technology, streamline processes, replace legacy systems and deliver a consistent experience to more than 100+ agencies across 8 NSW Government Departments.
What you will do

Support the delivery of efficient, accurate, and customer-focused payroll.

Contribute to team performance by maintaining high standards of service, process integrity, and professionalism.

Provide timely and effective support and advice on payroll, leave, and employee benefits to ensure positive outcomes for clients and the organisation.

Manage competing priorities to deliver high quality payroll services in a high demand busy environment.
About You
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong capabilities in:

Team leadership, experience leading diverse teams in a transactional shared services environment.
-
Experience in payroll shared services, with knowledge of NSW Government awards and legislation.

Experience in resolving complex payroll matters.
-
Experience managing and resolving customer escalations.
-
Recent experience using SAP ERP system and ServiceNow.
