As a Disability Support Worker, working within Learning Day Program, you’ll provide person-centred support that empowers people with disability to build independence, confidence and connection. You’ll be part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about the people we support — and about each other.
What we’re looking for

A caring, patient and respectful approach

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude

Availability to work a range of casual shifts at the learning and lifestyle program

A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous but not required
You will be required to hold or willing to obtain

Working with Children Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)

First Aid & CPR Certification

National Criminal History Check (Police Check)
