-
Ensure our learning content remains current, accessible and aligned with business needs.
-
Coordinate learning programs from end to end, including Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
About you
You'll bring experience in Learning & Development and enjoy working collaboratively to create practical learning solutions that support business success.
We're looking for someone with:
-
Experience in Learning & Development, Learning Design or a similar advisory role.
-
Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 and Learning Management Systems.
-
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and project coordination skills.
-
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Education, Adult Learning, Business or a related discipline.
-
It would be great if you also have:
-
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE).
-

-
Strong data and reporting skills, including Power BI and Excel.
-
Experience supporting a multi-site or clinical workforce.
Why consider this opportunity?
This is a fantastic chance to contribute to capability development across one of Australasia's largest veterinary networks while continuing to grow your own career within VetPartners. You'll join a collaborative People & Culture team that values innovation, continuous improvement and helping our people thrive.
If you're ready for your next career move, we'd love to hear from you.
