Coordinating person-centred care for patients with complex and varied health needs.
Providing clinical guidance and mentoring that strengthens team capability and confidence.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
Advanced clinical skills and experience coordinating care in complex settings.
Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
Commitment to patient safety, quality improvement and ongoing professional growth.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have a postgraduate qualification relevant to your practice and/or experience in a rural or remote healthcare environment.
