Our Stapylton site is a key part of our network, operating high-speed filling, packaging and PET production lines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hands-on Line Operators to join our Stapylton production team.
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards and supporting efficient line performance.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working a structured 12-hour rotating roster.
Shift Pattern
- 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00am - 6:00pm / 6:00pm - 6:00am)
- 84 hours per fortnight
- Rotating roster:
- 2 days on - 2 days off - 3 days on
- 2 days off - 2 days on - 3 days off
- Rotate fortnightly between day and night shifts
- Two full weekends off per month
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor and adjust beverage filling and packaging machinery
- Maintain production flow by ensuring materials and packaging supplies are available
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate where required
- Support line changeovers and minor preventative maintenance activities
- Ensure product quality through adherence to GMP and hygiene processes
- Always follow all workplace health and safety requirements
