We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Support / Fleet Coordinator to join our Bayswater team. This role begins as maternity cover with a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent full‑time position. A comprehensive 8‑week handover will be provided.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid administrative experience who is ready to step up, take ownership, and grow into a key operational role within a supportive team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing our fleet of offshore containers, tanks, workshops, and baskets. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the movement of hire equipment
- Managing data entry, stock control, and general administration
- Scheduling deliveries, collections, and service work
- Working closely with workshop personnel to allocate equipment numbers
Managing certification documentation and uploading to customer portals
- Liaising with Sales on new hire requirements
- Daily communication with clients
- Organising freight as required
- Preparing quotations when needed
About You

Experience in rental equipment or technical environments is desirable but not essential.

Pay: $49,900.00 – $88,039.76 per year
