Details: Join CMTEDD and play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future of digital and ICT services across the directorate. As Deputy Chief Information Officer, you will work closely with the CIO to drive strategic digital transformation, strengthen technology governance, and maximise the value of ICT investments across the Directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to influence executive decision making, lead organisational change, and champion innovative, customer focused digital services that improve outcomes for government, staff, and the Canberra community.

Eligibility/Other requirements:
Formal qualifications in business administration, Information Architecture, AI and / or Information Technology would be highly regarded.
Notes: This is a temporary position available from 3 August 2026 until 30 September 2026. An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months. Opportunities for flexible working options could include hybrid working, being a combination of working from home, designated office based and FlexiSpace working locations across the ACT, part-time hours, job-sharing, flexible start, and finish times.
