✅ Skills Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field
- Graduated from a nursing program recognized by ANMAC
- Passed IELTS or OET English Proficiency Test
- Passed NCLEX exam to become a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Registration with AHPRA with a current annual practicing certificate
- Must have evidence of participation in continuing professional education
- Relevant professional references
Mandatory Requirements
- Proof of qualifications and certifications
- Certified identity documents for Criminal History and Police Checks
- Immunization History – including:
- Vaccination against VPDs (Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16)
- COVID-19 Vaccination (Directive NO.12/21 and HR Policy B70)
Selection Criteria
- Availability for various shifts
- 3+ years of continuous experience in critical care or mental health
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
- Work collaboratively with other health professionals
- Administer treatments, monitor care plans, and provide patient education
- Coordinate and supervise enrolled nurses and care staff
