About PWR Meals
PWR Meals is a boutique meal-prep company making genuinely good-for-you food that tastes like home cooking — not sad diet trays. We’re growing fast and building a sales channel from the ground up. That’s where you come in.
The Role
You’ll be the first voice gyms and fitness creators hear when they meet PWR Meals. Your job: reach out, start real conversations, and open the door to collaborations. Part phone/DM outreach, part organised follow-up, part keeping our pipeline tidy. No hard-closing or dodgy tactics — just warm, human outreach and relentless follow-through.
This is a ground-floor role. Do it well and it grows with the business.
What you’ll actually do
● Outreach to gyms, trainers and fitness creators by phone, DM and email using our scripts (loose scripts — you’ll make them your own)
● Follow up. Then follow up again. (Most of the money is in the follow-up.)
● Build and maintain lead lists; keep our tracker/CRM current
● Log every conversation, outcome and next step so nothing slips through
● Coordinate sample-pack sends — collect delivery details, allergens, meal preferences
● Light admin: scheduling, data entry, tidying contact records, basic reporting on outreach numbers
● Feed back what you’re hearing so we can sharpen the pitch
What we’re looking forMust-haves
● Confident on the phone — you don’t freeze when it’s a stranger
● Coachable: you take feedback on the chin and apply it immediately
● Organised and reliable — you follow through without being chased
● Clear, friendly written English for emails and DMs
● Basic tech comfort (Google Sheets, email, a simple CRM)
Nice-to-haves (not required)
● Any sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
● Interest in fitness, food or health
● Your own transport
We care more about attitude and coachability than a CV full of sales jobs. If you’re hungry and quick to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
