About The Role
An opportunity exists for a Recruitment Advisor based in the Perth office on an 18 month maximum term contract. Reporting to the Principal People Services, this role will be focussed on recruiting for our Mineral Sands Operations and support roles, working within a supportive team.
Your accountabilities will be:
Implement recruitment best practice processes in line with white and blue collar roles and provide subject matter expert knowledge and guidance to colleagues and hiring managers
Develop and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the operational delivery of critical and quality recruitment services
Develop proactive passive sourcing, talent pooling and attraction strategies
Utilise contacts and industry knowledge to target and recruit diverse candidates
Focus on opportunities for continuous improvement across the recruitment process
Contribute to the development of a compelling Employer Brand to promote the attraction of talent
Coordination of recruitment specific projects such as sourcing, system improvements, diversity recruitment, university engagement, sponsorships, scholarships and project recruitment
About You
Solid experience and demonstrable success in recruitment within the resources sector
Capability to operate autonomously and manage assigned recruitment portfolio
Understanding of the mining industry, particularly in operations: technical requirements, remuneration trends and industry benchmarking.
Experience of recruitment marketing, advertising, social media and other attraction & sourcing strategies
History of successful partnering, relationship building and influencing of hiring managers
Experience in diversity recruitment initiatives
