About us
We are an established mechanical workshop in Port Augusta, Adelaide SA with a modern workshop. We undertake all automotive servicing and repairs including major repairs.
Qualifications & experience
- Cert III Light Vehicle Mechanical and/or Diploma of Automotive Technology and at least 3 years' experience
Tasks & responsibilities
- Vehicle servicing and repairs, engine rebuilds and other major repairs.
- Examining motor engines and their pairs.
- Diagnosing potential faults in engines and their parts.
- Repairing and replacing worn and damaged parts, referring to manuals as required.
- Using technical equipment including computer software to test the function of engines and their parts.
- Performing scheduled servicing maintenance on vehicles including oil changes, gilter changes, engine tune ups and more to ensure they run smoothly
- Testing and fixing faults with electrical systems in vehicles such as lights, ignition and more.
