BlackBear BBQ Wetherill Park is looking for a chef/cook for our busy kitchen working Thursday to Monday for 35-42 hours per week.
What we are looking for:
* Experience running a busy kitchen (pubs/clubs/takeaway/cafe etc)
* Organised and efficient
* Strong attention to detail
* Confidence running a grill and pass
* Ideal candidate must be able to work autonomously and take initiative
* Fluent English, friendly and great customer service skills
* Own vehicle as transport is limited at open and closing times
Hours of Work:
Thursday 2pm-9pm
Friday 11am-9pm
Saturday 2pm-9pm negotiable
Sunday 10am-9pm
Monday 6.30am-3pm
Additional Skills:
Ideal candidate would have experience and be confident in running a kitchen, ordering stock, organising the store and cool room and managing staff. However this is a shared responsibility with the other chef and owners.
