As Centre Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead a talented team, drive centre performance, and create a positive culture where children, families, and educators thrive.
As our Centre Manager, you'll play a key role in leading daily operations and driving excellence across all aspects of the service.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a passionate team of educators
- Managing centre operations to achieve quality, compliance, occupancy, and financial goals
- Building strong relationships with families and the wider community
- Driving enrolments through community engagement and local marketing initiatives
- Supporting your team to achieve and maintain outcomes that Meet or Exceed the National Quality Standards
- Creating a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture
You are a confident and experienced leader who is passionate about inspiring others and delivering high-quality early education.
You'll bring:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Proven experience in a Centre Manager leadership role
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and compliance requirements
- A current Working with Children Check
- Demonstrated success in achieving occupancy and operational targets
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
