A leading food distribution company is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Branch Manager to lead its Brisbane operations. The branch, located in Brisbane, consists of approximately 15–20 team members across warehouse and office functions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee day-to-day operations and drive strong business growth.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high service standards.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team of 15–20 employees across warehouse and office functions.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Reporting: Deliver regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, operations, or branch/warehouse management within the food, FMCG, or distribution industry
- At least 2 years’ leadership experience managing teams of 10+ staff
- Proven track record of driving and achieving sales growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead and manage branch operations
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management
- Valid Australian working rights
Current Australian driver’s licence

- Business-level proficiency in an Asian language (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or others)
- Experience in Asian food distribution or related industries
- Experience reporting to senior executives
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills
Knowledge of the Brisbane foodservice or wholesale market
