SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Consultant – SAP S/4HANA

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Consultant to join a major SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion Program. The successful candidate will support the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and ensure continuity of critical asset management and maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to assess current-state maintenance processes and identify S/4HANA impacts.
- Perform SAP PM/EAM solution analysis, design, and configuration activities.
- Support SAP S/4HANA Readiness Check and Simplification Item assessments.
- Assess and remediate PM related custom developments, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
- Configure Equipment Management, Functional Locations, Maintenance Notifications, Maintenance Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, and Refurbishment Processes.
- Support data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years SAP PM/EAM experience.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations or transformation programs.
- Proven experience on at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project.
- Strong knowledge of Technical Objects, Work Order Management, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, and Maintenance Planning.
- Strong integration knowledge across SAP MM, FI/CO, Asset Accounting (AA), and Project Systems (PS).
Highly Desirable
- Public sector or government project experience.
- SAP Asset Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP Signavio experience.
- SAP S/4HANA Asset Management certification.
- SAP Activate methodology experience.
