The Opportunity
As a Family Support Coordinator you will be responsible for managing a comprehensive roster and scheduling of Family Support Officers (FSO) within Child Protection District Offices.
This position is responsible for, but won’t be limited to:
- Coordinating supervised contact and transport services, managing the FSO roster to meet family and district needs.
- Allocating resources and workload fairly across the FSO team to ensure efficiency and best fit.
- Providing ongoing guidance, support, and development opportunities for FSOs, including report writing standards.
- Leading induction and onboarding of new FSOs while supporting staff in assisting vulnerable families to access services.
- Managing reporting and administrative tasks, including activity updates to leadership and fleet coordination with the Business Manager.
