We are currently seeking experienced MC Tipper Drivers to join our well-established Resources & Industrial operation. You’ll be operating A-double tipper combinations, transporting coal across the Wollongong and Illawarra region, including mine sites, terminals, and industrial facilities.

Following correct coupling and uncoupling procedures
Delivering a professional, reliable service at customer sites
Representing Linfox with pride and professionalism at all times
Choose a roster that suits your lifestyle
You’ll start in the afternoon — either 3:00pm (Port Kembla) or 4:00pm (West Cliff) — and run through a steady 12‑hour shift pattern that avoids peak daytime congestion while keeping productivity high.
Port Kembla (3:00pm start)
Friday to Tuesday (approx. 60 hours)
Work through the busy weekend period and enjoy mid-week days off, when things are quieter. Need to get things done during the week? This roster gives you that flexibility.
West Cliff (4:00pm start – Evening roster)
Thursday to Sunday (approx. 48 hours)
A simple, consistent pattern. Same days each week, predictable structure, and a routine that’s easy to plan around.
Are you the one?
You’re a safety‑focused and reliable MC driver who thrives in a structured, fast‑paced industrial environment. You can demonstrate:

Experience with A-doubles, tippers, or bulk haulage
Strong knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation
The ability to manage fatigue across long shifts
A safety-first mindset, especially in high-risk environments
Reliability, discipline, and pride in your work
