At MADEC, we believe employment can change lives. Every day, our Job Coaches help people build confidence, overcome barriers and find meaningful work that creates a better future for themselves and their families.
We’re looking for a Job Coach to join our Horsham team - someone who loves working with people, enjoys problem-solving, and wants a career with genuine purpose.
This is a role where no two days are the same.
One moment you might be helping someone prepare for their first interview in years, the next you’re connecting with local employers to create new opportunities. You’ll celebrate job offers, support people through challenges, and be part of a team that genuinely cares about changing lives.
Purpose-driven work with real community impact
Supportive and collaborative team culture
Ongoing training and professional development
The opportunity to build strong local relationships
A career where your success is measured by the success of others
Working one-on-one with participants to understand their goals and barriers.
Coaching people to become job-ready through resume support, interview preparation and workplace readiness activities.
Building relationships with local employers and identifying employment opportunities.
Connecting participants with training and support services when needed.
Providing ongoing encouragement and support once employment is secured.
Maintaining accurate records and working toward meaningful employment outcomes.
You don’t need to come from employment services specifically. We’d love to hear from people with backgrounds in:
Recruitment
Customer service
Community services
Disability support
Training and education
Retail or sales
Case management
Coaching or mentoring
The most important qualities are empathy, resilience, communication skills and a genuine desire to help people succeed.
