We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team at Hindmarsh.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced but supportive office environment.
Reporting to the Des's Minibus Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Managing customer enquiries via phone and email

Assisting customers with bookings and transport solutions

Liaising with drivers and customers to ensure smooth service delivery

Building positive relationships with customers and stakeholders

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Always providing outstanding customer service

Supporting compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Contributing to a safe and positive workplace culture
About You
