Nine Zero Six Hair Studio is a Japanese-style hair salon providing unique and quality hair services.
Given the needs to business and demand for our services, we now require a hairdresser to join our busy team. The successful candidate will be required to work out of our premises in Mascot, NSW.
The duties and responsibilities of the position include:
- Shampooing and conditioning hair.
- Using specialist products and chemical solutions to colour, straighten and wave hair.
- Using scissors, clippers and razors to cut and style hair in accordance with client instructions.
- Ensuring clean and hygienic workstation/ instruments.
- Arranging appointments and, where needed, taking payment from clients.
- Discussing the client needs and providing advice on hair care, products and services offered.
We offer a competitive base salary of $80,000.00 per annum excluding superannuation.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- AQF Certificate III and at least (two) years of on-the-job experience; OR
- AQF Certificate IV and at least (2) years post-qualification full-time work experience; OR
- Three (3) years, full-time work experience.
The successful candidate must also be passionate, proactive, and have an eye for detail as well as an ability to work with minimal supervision.
