What will you do:
- Prepare and cook fresh seafood and menu items to our high standards.
- Assist with food preparation and general kitchen duties.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organised and food-safe kitchen.
- Work as part of a team during busy service periods.
What do you need:
- Previous kitchen experience (working with seafood highly regarded)
- Familiar with operating grills and fryers
- Passion for food and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, reliability and strong teamwork skills
- Availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends
- RSA Certificate preferred (not essential)
- Food Safety Certificate
