Key Responsibilities
Analyse, interpret, and validate complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
Gather, document, and translate business and reporting requirements into analytical solutions.
Perform data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation activities to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, data engineers, and technical teams to deliver data-driven outcomes.
Develop reporting specifications, data dictionaries, and supporting analytical documentation.
Support operational reporting, regulatory reporting, and ad-hoc analytical requests.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and business intelligence capabilities.
Ensure reporting solutions align with data governance, security, and information management requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, analytics, and data management practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or data-focused analytical roles.
Strong experience in SQL and querying large datasets across multiple data sources.
Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
Strong understanding of data analysis, data validation, data quality, and reporting best practices.
Experience gathering and translating business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions.
Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and information management principles.
Experience working with relational databases, data warehouses, and enterprise reporting platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
