EYES PEELED FOR A PHYSIOTHERAPIST AND/OR EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST (EP)
Seeking a Co-Pilot in Clinical Excellence
I am currently a solo owner-operator running a seven-day-a-week practice, and I have reached a turning point. I have built a strong reputation for high-quality care, but I cannot reach the next level alone. I am not looking for an employee to simply clock in and out; I am looking for a cornerstone hire. Whether you are a first or second-year graduate seeking elite mentorship or a seasoned professional looking for more autonomy, this role is about building a reputable service together.
We Do Hard Things (But We Don't Burn Out)
Our reputation is built on taking the cases many find too challenging. Our caseload is a diverse mix across Aged Care, NDIS community rehab, and private MSK. We don’t shy away from complexity. We regularly manage Stroke and Amputee recovery, Cardiorespiratory cases, BPPV/Vertigo, TMJ dysfunction, and chronic Headache/Migraine presentations.
Here is my guarantee:
Zero Burnout. I want you to love what you do every single morning. You will not be seeing 16–20 low back pain or ankle sprains a day even if you wanted to. We prioritize clinical depth over volume. You do not need to be a master of all these fields on day one, but you do need the courage to try. I am a firm believer in Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and use the ICF Model as our clinical north star. You will have full access to in-house training and my direct support.
We will be completing CPD together and growing together; if you bring the curiosity, I will provide the roadmap to ensure your outcomes are outstanding.
The Growth Road Map
- The Starting Point: Three days per week (typically two days mobile and one day clinic-based).
- The Future: As we prove our model and your caseload grows, there is a clear path to scale up your hours and responsibilities. I want a partner who stays for years because they believe in the service we are building.
- The Hybrid Lifestyle: Enjoy the freedom of the road for mobile visits and the focus of the clinic for manual skills. We are building a service that is flexible but uncompromising on quality.
The "Viral" Non-Negotiable
We take our clinical outcomes seriously, but we don't take ourselves seriously. We want our patients to know there is a human behind the clinical degree. This means you need to be comfortable (or at least a good sport) about collaborating on the occasional witty video for our community it is part of how we stay approachable and reputable. Whether it’s a quick clinical myth-buster or a "day in the life" on the road, it’s how we stay real. If you’re camera-shy, that’s okay we’ll coach you through it but being part of the content is a fundamental part of the team vibe.
What Makes You the One?
- Professionalism: AHPRA or ESSA registration, a full AU Driver’s License, and your own reliable vehicle.
- Reliability: You are the person people count on. You are dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Grit: You want to have a say in how a high-level service is built from the ground up.
The Reward
- Generous Revenue Split: No corporate ceilings. You are an independent professional and rewarded based on value.
- Growth & Mentorship: One-on-one mentorship, shared CPD opportunities, and a "no-dumb-questions" policy.
