Regional General Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Senior Leader to step into the role of Regional General Manager, leading a large portfolio of care communities within an established, high-performing leadership environment in NSW. This is a highly influential position, and a defining career move for a senior leader ready to broaden their impact.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, with accountability for leadership and operational performance at scale.
The opportunity
This is a leadership-first role, focused on alignment, consistency, and sustained excellence across a high-performing leadership group. You will lead and support General Managers and senior operational leaders to ensure strong operational delivery, clear accountability and consistency across care communities - resulting in engaged teams and a reliable, high-quality resident experience.
Your impact
In this role, you will:
- Lead operational performance across a large, multi‑site portfolio
- Set clear leadership and operational direction, driving consistency across a portfolio of care communities
- Uphold high standards of resident‑centred care, safety and regulatory compliance
- Deliver sustainable commercial outcomes, including occupancy, workforce efficiency and budget discipline
- Build leadership depth through succession planning, coaching and capability development
- Drive continuous improvement through strong operational rhythm and governance
