We're on a mission to redefine the customer experience, and we need a passionate Integrated Planning Manager to join our Staff Augmentation team in Melbourne/Geelong.
The Integrated Planning Manager will lead the development, management and maintenance of integrated schedules across the transformation program. The role will drive effective planning, sequencing and dependency management, ensuring alignment of committed work across teams and supporting the successful delivery of program outcomes.
This is a 3-6 month contract role with likelihood of extension.
Requirements
What you'll do:

Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of integrated program schedules, ensuring key milestones, activities, dependencies and sequencing are clearly captured.

Lead the Quarterly Increment Planning process, facilitating alignment across teams on priorities, commitments, sequencing and delivery timelines.

Identify, track and manage cross-team dependencies, risks and potential schedule impacts.

Coordinate with program and delivery teams to ensure planning information is accurate, current and actionable.

Maintain planning and scheduling outputs to support program governance, reporting and decision-making.

Provide visibility of delivery progress, upcoming milestones, dependencies and potential constraints to key stakeholders.

Proactively identify scheduling conflicts or delivery risks and work with stakeholders to develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

Support a consistent and structured approach to integrated planning across the transformation program.
What you'll bring:

Demonstrated experience in integrated planning, program scheduling, sequencing and dependency management within complex transformation programs.

Strong experience developing and maintaining integrated schedules across multiple teams, workstreams and/or delivery areas.

Proven experience leading quarterly or incremental planning processes, including stakeholder facilitation and alignment of delivery commitments.

Strong understanding of dependencies, critical paths, milestones, risks and schedule impacts.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse delivery and leadership teams.

Strong organisational and analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced transformation environment and proactively identify and resolve planning issues.

Professional services/consulting experience is highly desirable.

Available to commence as soon as possible for an initial 3–6 month engagement, with potential for extension.
