Retail Assistant and Tour Guide
We are a manufacturer and retailer of chocolate and other gourmet confectionery on the central coast. Our products are sold nationally to retail and leading supermarkets, Airports and gift stores. Within our manufacturing facility we operate a tourist facility which includes a retail store, café. The salary is based on 5 day week Wednesday to Sunday 9am to 4 pm
About the role
We are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic person to conduct our Factory Tours and assist in our retail store as well as other retail areas in the company.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
We run a limited number of tours just two on a Friday.
Tour Guide explaining our history, how we make our products and taking tourists through our factory and explaining our processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in retail or similar role
