We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to plan, organise, direct and coordinate all sales and marketing activities for our multi‑brand IT managed services portfolio, driving revenue growth through digital campaigns, strategic supplier partnerships, major technology events and cross‑functional leadership.
In this role, you will lead multi‑brand eCommerce expansion to deliver triple‑digit revenue growth via targeted digital campaigns and strategic technology partnerships. You will design and implement marketing strategies for our software, website and e‑commerce offerings to improve customer acquisition and retention. You will also co‑found and manage large‑scale technology expos or industry events (300+ exhibitors) focused on software, digital solutions and IT‑enabled services, securing government endorsements and major sponsorships from technology vendors and platform providers. Additionally, you will negotiate international contracts with overseas technology partners, software vendors and IT service providers (e.g., development hubs in Foshan, India or Eastern Europe) and coordinate logistics for digital product delivery, licensing and cloud infrastructure to optimise costs and ensure timely deployment. You will develop loyalty programs, promotional campaigns and bundling strategies for recurring managed services to increase repeat purchase rates and average order value. You will oversee cross‑functional teams, mentoring staff across marketing, sales and operations to maximise productivity. You will analyse market trends in IT managed services, competitor strategies and sales metrics to inform strategic business decisions and growth initiatives. Finally, you will build robust brand positioning and storytelling initiatives to enhance awareness, credibility and market presence across Australia.
Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
