Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Build strong relationships with agency teams and direct clients, becoming a trusted performance partner across your client portfolio.
- Translate campaign briefs into best-practice channel strategies, aligning platform capabilities to business objectives and KPIs.
- Develop full-funnel activation plans across prospecting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis, delivering data-driven insights and actionable optimisation recommendations.
- Monitor platform updates, beta opportunities, and emerging trends across social and search to unlock competitive advantage.
- Prepare clear reporting dashboards and performance narratives that drive client confidence and growth.
- Collaborate with Client Advisory and Strategy teams to maximise campaign impact and deliver standout performance results.
- Contribute to case studies and internal knowledge sharing to elevate Paid Social & Search capability across the agency.
About You:
- 1-2 years' experience in Paid Social and/or Paid Search.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads (TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of platform optimisation levers including bidding strategies, audience segmentation, creative testing, and conversion tracking.
- Confident interpreting performance data and turning insights into optimisation actions.
- Experience working toward CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and lead generation KPIs.
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis) and comfortable working with reporting dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio or similar).
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills across multiple campaigns.
- Curious about evolving privacy frameworks, attribution models, and performance measurement.
- Brings positive energy and enjoys being part of a high-performing team.
