Who We're Looking For
Are you an experienced ICT Support Officer who thrives on challenges and loves being the go-to person for problem-solving and technical support?
You'll need:

Provide IT training, IT Support & Records management assistance to staff when required

Diagnose, investigate and resolve desktop hardware and software faults
-
Communicate IT issues & solutions to staff
-
Monitor the delivery of ICT services and provide feedback for improvements
-
Adaptability, collaboration, and passion to make a difference
