A busy sweet shop and café in Bexley is looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Front of House team member with barista skills to join our team.
This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing coffee, serving sweets and café items, taking orders, handling payments, maintaining a clean service area and supporting the team during busy periods.
About you
You will ideally have:
- Previous front-of-house, café or hospitality experience
- Confidence using a commercial coffee machine
- Good coffee-making skills
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- A friendly, professional and positive attitude
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Reliability, punctuality and good presentation
- Availability across weekdays, weekends and evening shifts
- Flexibility to work some early mornings and late nights
Arabic language skills would be an advantage due to our customer base, but are not essential.
