Kindamindi is a community-based early childhood education and care centre located on the border of Bondi and Tamarama. For over 40 years, we have provided high-quality education and care for children aged 6 months to 6 years in a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment.

About the Role: We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Child Care Worker to join our supportive team. Working alongside experienced educators, you will help create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment where every child feels valued and supported to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality education and care for children aged 6 months to 6 years.
- Support the planning and implementation of engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Foster positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ensure children's health, safety, and wellbeing are maintained at all times.
- Observe and document children's learning and development.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with the Centre Director and education team to uphold the centre's philosophy and values.
About the Candidate:
- Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or are a qualified Child Care Worker/Educator
- Have sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), including the Education and Care Services National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Are a confident, motivated educator who is passionate about delivering high-quality education and care to children aged 0–5 years
- Can design and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational programs
- Hold a current Working with Children Check
- Hold current First Aid and CPR Certificates
