Selection Criteria

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a post graduate qualification in a relevant clinical field or education post graduate qualification or a combination of education training and clinical experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.

Describe how you apply adult learning principles and competency based assessment in your education or clinical teaching practice. In your response, outline how you design or deliver clinical programs, support evidence based nursing care, and contribute to safe, culturally responsive practice.
Provide an example that demonstrates your ability to communicate effectively, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and manage challenging interactions professionally. Include how you used critical thinking, upheld quality and safety standards, and contributed to risk management or quality improvement outcomes.
