What You’ll Do
As a non-direct care member of our support services team, you will help residents live their best life by supporting the smooth daily operation of the home.

Assist with meal preparation, plating and serving, ensuring food is presented to a consistently high standard.

Clean and sanitise shared areas to create a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Support the delivery of laundry services, maintaining a high standard of care and presentation.

Help maintain a clean, hygienic and safe environment for residents.

Work collaboratively with the team to support the daily needs and wellbeing of residents within the aged care home.
Shifts
-
6:30am – 3:00pm
-
10:00am – 6:30pm
-
1:00pm – 8:00pm
About You
You understand the importance of supporting older people with kindness and respect, and you take pride in making a positive difference each day.

A friendly, respectful and compassionate approach when supporting residents, families and colleagues.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Reliability, a positive attitude and the physical capability to perform the duties of the role.

A flexible approach and willingness to assist wherever needed.

Basic computer literacy to complete simple administrative tasks and workplace documentation.
Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, cleaning or a similar service-based role is highly regarded.

Certificate in Food Safety or Food Hygiene, or willingness to obtain.
Eligibility

Be currently residing in Australia with full working rights. Please note that sponsorship is not available for this position.

Be willing to undertake a National Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check in accordance with the Aged Care Act 1997.
