The Role: Shape the Future of Our Practice
We're seeking an experienced receptionist to join us on a part-time or casual basis at our Byford location in Perth, Western Australia.
We are looking for the right person to join our reception staff and undertake the following duties:
· Meeting and greeting patients
· Managing patient scheduling
· Answering phones and emails
· General administrative and clinic duties
· Generating invoices and remittances
· Helping with marketing and social media management
· Liaise with physiotherapists, GPs, specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
· Exercise discretion and emotional intelligence when dealing with sensitive health disclosures or distressed patients
