The opportunity
This isn’t just account management - this is your chance to shape what’s being poured in some of Sydney’s most influential bars and restaurants.
As our On-Premise Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a premium CBD territory, partnering with venue owners, operators, and bartenders to drive growth across a world-class portfolio. From negotiating listings to activating standout brand experiences, you’ll play a key role in building brands consumers ask for by name.
You’ll have the autonomy to manage your territory like your own business - spotting opportunities, winning new accounts, and bringing ideas to life in market.
What you’ll be doing
Own, grow and optimise a portfolio of on-premise customers
Win new business and secure placements in key venues
Build and execute innovative promotional and activation plans
Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities
Develop strong, trusted partnerships with venue decision-makers
Bring brands to life through impactful in-venue experiences
What success looks like
Expand distribution across priority brands
Win new key venues in your territory
Deliver standout activations that drive visibility and sales

As well as having a passion for challenge and being fiercely authentic, you will also bring:
Proven sales experience in FMCG, beverage, or hospitality
Strong understanding of the on-premise environment
Commercial mindset with a drive to win and grow
Confidence in building relationships and influencing outcomes
Passion for spirits, cocktails, and the hospitality scene
RSA & full driver’s licence
