About the role
This is a customer-focused Account Management role that combines relationship management, customer service, sales, and licensing administration. You'll manage a portfolio of customers who purchase or subscribe to Standards Australia's products and services, helping them understand licensing options, access the right solutions, and get maximum value from their subscriptions.
You'll be the primary contact for customer enquiries relating to subscriptions, licensing, billing, and products, while also working proactively to retain customers, identify growth opportunities, and build long-term relationships.
What you’ll do
The role combines account management and consultative sales, so you'll be responsible for managing renewals, growing existing accounts, maintaining a sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets. You'll also work closely with internal teams including Legal, Finance, Customer Success, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience.
You will bring
Someone with experience in account management, customer success, sales, or client services who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, managing renewals, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
