About the role
As Nursery Room Leader you'll be responsible for:
Leading the daily program and routines in our nursery room
Building warm, trusting relationships with babies and their families
Designing and delivering play-based programming in line with the EYLF
Mentoring and guiding your room team
Maintaining high standards of documentation and NQS compliance
Being the key point of contact for nursery families — the person they trust completely

What we're looking for
Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ECT qualification
Experience in a nursery or infant room — ideally in a leadership capacity
A deep understanding of attachment, infant development, and responsive caregiving
Confidence communicating with families through the highs and the challenges
Someone reliable, warm, and ready to lead
