We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Medical Coordinator to join our Defence Force Recruiting (DFR) team in South Brisbane.
As a Medical Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Australian Defence Force (ADF) candidates throughout the medical and psychological assessment stages of the Defence Force Recruiting process.
Working within a supportive and collaborative team environment, you will coordinate candidate records, manage administrative processes, liaise with healthcare professionals, and help ensure a seamless experience for candidates progressing through their recruitment journey.
This is a full-time position based in South Brisbane.

Liaise with ADF candidates and provide ongoing support throughout the assessment process

Coordinate and book medical appointments

Follow up with doctors, psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation

Perform data entry and database management tasks

Provide general administrative support to the wider team

Assist in monitoring service delivery timelines and performance

Previous administration experience, ideally within a healthcare or medical setting
