Dr. Lash is inviting an experienced, fully certified brow microblading artist to provide services to clients at our Melbourne studio on an independent contractor basis. You run your own business, set your own availability, and deliver your craft within a premium, established brow-and-lash environment with built-in foot traffic and brand reputation.
This is a contractor engagement, not employment. You invoice for services rendered and are responsible for your own tax, insurance, and registration obligations.
Services you'll provide
- Eyebrow microblading and semi-permanent brow procedures (microblading, microshading/ombré, combination brows)
- Pre-procedure client consultations, patch testing, and brow mapping/design
- Aftercare guidance and touch-up/perfecting sessions
- Maintaining a sterile, hygienic treatment station to professional standards
- Accurate client records (consent forms, medical/health history, pigment and batch records)
What you bring
- Recognised microblading / cosmetic tattoo certification and demonstrable training
- A strong portfolio of healed brow results (not just freshly done work)
- Solid grounding in skin types, undertones, pigment theory, and contraindications
- A registered ABN, and your own professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- Compliance with Victorian skin-penetration requirements — registration of the activity with the relevant local council and adherence to the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 (Vic), associated Regulations, and the Victorian Department of Health infection-prevention guidelines for personal-care and body-art / skin-penetration procedures
- The professionalism, reliability, and client manner that fit a premium studio

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
